GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms and conditions of sale are entered into by and between Polykubos, whose registered office is located in Chazey-sur-Ain and registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 94057298500015, hereinafter referred to as "Polykubos", and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Polykubos website, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer". It is hereby specified that these terms and conditions govern the sale by Polykubos of electronic accessories, custom designs, and modifications intended for consoles, computers, and arcade gaming hardware. These terms and conditions apply exclusively, to the exclusion of all other conditions, including those applicable to sales at trade shows or retro-gaming events. Polykubos may occasionally amend certain provisions of its general terms and conditions, so they should be reread before placing any order. Such modifications shall be enforceable upon publication and shall not apply to contracts concluded previously. Each purchase on the website www.polykubos.fr is governed by the terms and conditions in force at the time of the order. By confirming your order, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation.
2. Characteristics of Goods and Services Offered
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on the Polykubos website. These products and services are offered while stocks last.
3. Pricing
- Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges.
- All orders, regardless of origin, are payable in euros.
- Polykubos reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
- Items remain the property of Polykubos until full payment is received.
4. Geographical Scope
- Orders may only be placed through the website www.polykubos.fr.
- Placing an order implies acceptance of the prices and product descriptions available for sale.
- Polykubos agrees to honor orders received on the website and confirmed via PayPal. In the event of unavailability, Polykubos commits to informing the buyer as soon as possible.
- Polykubos reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an outstanding payment dispute.
- Polykubos is a retailer and is not intended to sell large quantities of products. Therefore, Polykubos reserves the right to refuse orders of 4 or more identical items. Buyers interested in larger quantities are invited to contact the Polykubos team through the contact form to agree on specific terms.
5. Validation
By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Order confirmation therefore implies full acceptance of these terms. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by www.polykubos.fr constitutes proof of all transactions between www.polykubos.fr and its customers.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package (for in-stock items, the day of the order) to withdraw and request a refund of your purchase, with the exception of the following products:
- Service-based purchases (e.g., hardware repair)
- Custom-made products tailored for the consumer
- Pre-ordered items (in this case, withdrawal is allowed until the end of the pre-order period)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items must be returned to Polykubos at 30 Route de Rignieu, 01150 Chazey-Sur-Ain, RHA, France , in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual, invoice...), and must not be unsealed. The reason for the return must be noted on the related invoice. Returns may result in:
- A new delivery in accordance with the order
- Repair of a defective product under warranty
- Exchange for a similar product
- Cancellation of the order
All return costs are borne by the buyer. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued at Polykubos' discretion either via PayPal or by bank check addressed to the name and billing address of the customer who placed the order.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of order.
Payments can be made via PayPal or through PayPal’s credit card payment module. They are processed using a secure system that employs the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, ensuring that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and that no third party can access it during transmission over the network.

Mondial Relay shipments are dispatched regularly, depending on the team’s availability.
Polykubos cannot be held responsible for delivery issues and it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the selected carrier for any claims if necessary.
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 4 working days from receipt and confirmed payment. Additional delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method.
If an order includes at least one pre-ordered product, all items will be shipped on the latest authorized commercial release date.
9. Warranty
All new products provided by the seller are covered by the legal warranty under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a new product, it may be returned to the seller who will either take it back, exchange it, or issue a refund. All claims for exchange or refund must be made through the customer contact form on www.polykubos.fr within thirty days of delivery. No claims will be accepted after this period. The warranty does not apply in the case of misuse (e.g., incorrect installation of modding kits, electrical defects in the user's equipment, etc.). The warranty is void if the product has been resold.
10. Liability
The seller, in the online sales process, is bound only by an obligation of means; it cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other involuntary problems. No return will be accepted if the product description was misunderstood by the customer.
11.Personal Data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, personal data collected from buyers may be subject to automated processing. Polykubos reserves the right to collect information on buyers, including by using cookies, and may transmit collected data to commercial partners. Buyers may object to the disclosure of their details by informing Polykubos. Likewise, users have the right to access and correct their personal data under the law of January 6, 1978. The automated processing of information, including the management of users’ email addresses, was declared to the CNIL on March 12, 2010 under number 1417231. We may automatically collect certain information about you during your visit to our website, particularly information related to site usage such as pages visited, services accessed, IP address, browser type, and access times. This data is collected via cookies and used exclusively for internal statistical purposes to improve service quality. Databases are protected under the French law of July 1, 1998, implementing Directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996, on the legal protection of databases. Lastly, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may access, rectify, or request deletion of your data at any time.
12. Archiving – Proof
Polykubos will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code. The computerized records of Polykubos will be considered by both parties as proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
13. Applicable Law – Dispute Resolution
This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale or any contract entered into with a customer shall fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant French courts.
